Rosé Natura, Lost Creek

The Lost Creek Rosa Natura is a Provence-style rosé made from 100% Merlot. A particular Merlot block is managed the entire growing season specifically to be rosé. Steps are taken throughout the summer to retain acidity and limit the development of sugars and tannins. At harvest, the fruit is whole-cluster pressed, then fermented in neutral French oak barrels. This rosé begins with gentle strawberry and apricot notes and finishes with a subtle creamy oak.
