Production:
The two varieties were fermented separately with skins. The Macabeo underwent one week of skin fermentation with pump-overs. The Muscat fermented for only 48 hours. The blend was created after fermentation, and the wine was aged for nine months in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes:
This is a fresh, light, aromatic white wine, perfect for all palates. The two best varieties contribute their own characteristics: the exuberant nose comes from the Muscat, while the finesse and acidity on the palate come from the Macabeo. It has a vibrant and fresh acidity with good aromatic intensity.
Food Pairing:
This is an easy-to-enjoy wine for everyone. We recommend serving it chilled with appetizers or fresh dishes such as salads, fruit, and seafood.
