They decided to make blends of their amazing native grapes in order to show off the region, the land, and their unique style. The four grapes for this complex white are Xarello.Vermell (a red grape), Xarel.lo (the white one), Garnatxa Blanca, and Macabeu, which all macerate together for 24 hours at cold temperatures before a light pressing and natural fermentation together in stainless steel. It is then aged for 3 months in both steel (85% of the wine) and 54-liter demijohn (15%), before it is bottled without filtration or any sulfites.

  • Natural wine, without added sulfites that has a straw yellow appearance with green edges. On the nose it stands out for the intensity and concentration of the grape. We find notes of white flowers and forest herbs. On the palate it is very fresh, lively with a light and pleasant entrance that marks its entire journey where the freshest aromas finally end up predominating.
