Liliac Winery Rosé 2024 is a dry Romanian rosé from Mureș County, Transylvania, made from Pinot Noir. Fermented in stainless steel for 14 to 20 days at 13 to 15°C and matured in stainless steel for five months, it opens with blackberry, strawberry, pomegranate, and red apple. The palate brings red and citrus berry flavors with a creamy texture balanced by fresh acidity.
