Liliac Winery Red Cuvée 2022 is a dry Romanian red blend from Lechința in Transylvania, made from Fetească Neagră, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. It ferments in stainless steel for 16 days at 20 to 24°C, then matures for six months with 70% in stainless steel and 30% in Transylvanian oak. Bright ruby in color, it combines ripe black fruit, strawberry, raspberry, subtle coffee and tobacco, gentle spice, good body, and a long aromatic finish.
