Liliac Winery Private Selection Sparkling 2020 is a dry Brut sparkling white wine from Batoș in Mureș County, Romania. Made from Fetească Albă using the traditional method, it undergoes its first fermentation in Transylvania and its second fermentation at Szigeti in Gols, Austria. It then spends 44 months on the lees, developing fine, persistent bubbles and layers of fresh white fruit, brioche, and pastry. First fermentation in Batoș, Transylvania, followed by a second fermentation at Szigeti in Gols, Austria. The wine matures for 44 months on the lees.
