On the nose, a still fresh aromatic palette of great complexity: black fruit in coulis combined with intense toasted, warm notes, where the most beautiful smoky and empyreumatic notes are expressed around still crunchy blackcurrant berries.

On the palate, a supple attack, but with the still fiery character of its youth. The firm flesh with its powerful but melted tannins ensures long years of aging.

Ideal with griled red meat or in sauce. Perfect with character cheeses
