Production:
Merlot must fermented in chestnut barrels. The barrel is topped up with brisado macabeo (one week on skins). Aged for 3 months in 500L new chestnut barrels. Racking and a further 6 months of aging in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:
A very gastronomic-style rosé with aromas of fresh fruit and vanilla on the nose. Long drink with surprising body and structure, and a sweet finish.
