Production:
Fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel with 48 hours of skin maceration, followed by gentle pressing. Aged for 9 months in stainless steel. All processes were carried out following the biodynamic calendar, as we do with all our wines.
Tasting Notes:
This is a fresh and light white wine, very representative of the Penedès region. The Xarel-lo grape contributes structure, acidity, minerality, and aromas of chamomile and straw. The Macabeo grape, in turn, completes the nose with very seductive floral aromas. On the palate, it is long and elegant, with a good balance between aromatics and structure.
Food Pairing:
This white wine is suitable for any occasion: as an aperitif, with a meal, or simply to enjoy on its own. We recommend serving it well chilled with fresh pasta dishes, fresh cheeses, or salads.
Boh
A classic Penedes wine with all the acidity and freshness of Sumoll, accompanied by the tannins of the hare's skins and the fruit of the Merlot. On the palate it has a good balance between freshness and body and is expressed with aromas of sour cherry on the nose.
