Joan Bundó Pons is born from the “Traditional Method,” treating each bottle by hand, ensuring a minimum of two years of rest for the Brut Nature. The bottles move from the rima (horizontal resting racks) to the pupitres (riddling stands) for manual clarification before disgorgement.
